Fill the watering ring with water in just a few minutes. It is sufficient for several hours of slow leakage of water at the site of the root system of the plant (4 to 6 hours). The watering ring provides deep irrigation of the root system. Water flows out of the watering ring on two sides. This will save a lot of time. The ring is made of resistant PVC materials that are UV stable and therefore usable in different seasons. The watering ring is mainly intended for use in dry periods, when there is a lack of precipitation and for transplanted plants. The low shape of the watering ring is also suitable for shrub forms of plants and plants with overgrown trunk.

APPLICATION

1.        Place it on a flat surface or on a properly constructed watering basin around the plant trunk to ensure proper water flow.
2.        Open the top lid and pour clean water. Close the lid after filling is complete.
3.        After pouring 8 litres of water, place the ring in such a way that the bottom of the ring is levelled with the base.
4.        Fill the ring to full capacity and close the lid again.
5.        The water will flow for 4 to 6 hours.
6.        At the next filling, refill the watering ring with clean water. If you use water-soluble fertilisers, make sure that the fertilisers have completely dissolved.
7.        When the watering ring is not in use, store it dry in a cool, dry place until the next use.
8.        Do not use the watering ring at an air temperature below 4°C (degrees Celsius).

HINT

You will further improve soil moisture retention by mulching the plant with wood chips, bark, crushed lava or similar material that retains soil moisture and is plant-friendly.

WARNING

Use clean water – no dirt particles.

Do not move or lift the watering ring filled with more than 8 l of water.

Do not over-water. The watering should be occasional and adapted to weather conditions and location (sunny / shady).
