Description
Small, upright, bushy deciduous shrub, shrub-rose (H 1,2-1,5 m, W 0,8-1,2 m). Branches upright to open. Leaves broadly ovate (10-15 cm), pinnate, 5-lobed, smooth, glossy, dark green. Flowers in loose clusters, bowl-shaped to rosette-formed (4-6 cm), very double, light to very light pink; beautifully scented, scent of musk, myrrh and the old-rose-scent. Flowering period: June-August, reblooming later. A very good, very popular variety. Useful as a solitary shrub-rose and for cutting. A recent British variety, belongs to the classical English, nostalgic varieties, grows well also in half-shade and in areas with lower summer temperatures.
