Ilex meserveae "Blue Angel" Description modra bodika "Blue Angel" Description Large, upright, bushy evergreen shrub (H 1,5-4 m, W 1-2 m). Leaves broadly ovate (3-5 cm), smooth, with a sharply spiny margin, glossy, dark green with a violet hue, in winter black-green. Flowers tiny, white, unremarkable, only female flowers. Flowering period: May. Fruits globose (5-7 mm), smooth, glossy, bright red. Attracts birds.
